About Rachael's Inner Harbor Boutique Inn Baltimore

Located in the impeccably restored home of a brick baron, Rachael’s Inner Harbor is as elegant today as it was when it hosted George & Martha Washington in the 1790's. With beautiful gardens, a comfortable library and parlor, and a quiet location right in downtown Baltimore, you’ll want to call Rachael’s Inner Harbor home.

Privately owned and renovated, Rachael’s Dowry Bed and Breakfast opened in April 2010, following a complete restoration of the historic home.  The inn was renamed in 2026 as Rachael's Inner Harbor Boutique Inn. The six guest rooms are uniquely furnished with authentic antiques to reflect the original architectural style of a home built in the 18th Century. Your stay comes with a free continental breakfast and free parking.
