A Music Season Built by Local Baltimore Producers
Baltimore by Baltimore, or BxB, is the Waterfront Partnership's free music and makers series at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater, right at Light Street and Pratt Street. The 2026 season opened in June with Ladies on Deck, an all female DJ lineup, and spent the summer spreading out into neighborhood parks through a companion series called BxB Unplugged. Each show is curated by a different local producer, DJ, or musician, so no two Saturdays sound the same.
The October Closing Show at BxB
The season wraps on October 3 with a set produced by Olade Kiambu, known on stage as 7G BÜMIN, built around Afrobeat and Afrofuturism. The Amphitheater fills with music, dance, and a rotating lineup of local artists from 2 to 8 p.m., with food and drink vendors keeping the crowd fed all afternoon. It is free to attend and family friendly, though the energy on the dance floor in front of the stage tends to skew toward couples and groups of friends who came ready to move.
