The Ella Virginia Suite: King Suite with Soaking Tub

The Ella Virginia Suite at Rachael's Inner Harbor Boutique Inn in Baltimore occupies the front of the third floor, overlooking the garden and Washington Boulevard below. At approximately 480 square feet, it is the second-largest guest room at the inn, exceeded in size only by the Audrey Genevieve Suite.

The suite is reached by the main staircase, and there is no elevator. Guests who find climbing stairs challenging may prefer The Carrie Frank Suite on the first floor.

The Ella Virginia consists of two rooms, with a separate antechamber between the entrance and bedroom that gives the suite the feel of a small apartment rather than a typical hotel room. The bedroom features a king-size four-poster bed with premium linens, a sitting area, and an antique writing desk positioned beneath the window.

What's in the Room

The private bath has both a deep soaking tub and a separate marble walk-in shower. 

The original fireplace and its Federal-style mantel are still in place. An electric insert now sits in the firebox, so it works without the chimney.

The Ella Virginia is in the Washington Boulevard house, so guests also have access to the parlor, library, and gardens. A Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle are available throughout the day, with brandy available in the library in the evening. The suite includes off-street parking.
